Bearly Mine Designs Cards and Just Magnolia Challenge!

Hello :)

I've not done a lot of blogging of late, and finding it hard to juggle life and my hobby, when I go back to work, trying to juggle will become even harder!

Before I go onto my cards ...

I'd like to wish Kim a Happy Birthday for tomorrow. My DT buddie at La-La Land Crafts.
Kim has the cutest creations around and her blog always brings a smile to my face. She also recently won a contest - She drew a 'Sprout' design for Thre Greetings Farm to which they are going to make up her drawing into a stamp. You can find her winning design here! Go Visit her blog and see what I mean - Oh, and wish her a Happy Birthday when you get there :)
**********

I've had a play around with some christmas cards, and came up with these little cuties!!

The Bears are a freebie with a magazine which name escapes me at the moment, it was out last month!

Backing papers are Bearly Mine Designs and are from Designer Extreme Vol III!
Donna has a range of backing paper discs and insert discs, all of which can be found here!

Here is a little close up of the bears
These are examples of the cards, the same image has been used, but the reverse colour for the other four cards :D
Thanks for looking!

This week is Just Magnolias 26th week, the very talented Mina has come up with this fabulous sketch which I found was very easy to work with...

I saw somewhere in blog land that Magnolia were releasing their Halloween Collection, so I had to have some! This little cutie is called Witch Tilda with Small Pumpkins (I think lol)

A little close up of her
My flowers :D A girl has to have flowers!!!
I have used papers from Bearly Mine Designs Designer Extreme Vol III again. Disc three is full of papers for all occasions!
I coloured her using my Copics, and gave her a little shadowing around the bottom. I have used flowers and ribbon from my stash, the Spider at the top is a 'cake topper' which I found lying around, and the little 'Bat Stamp' in the opposite corner is from BoBunny. The Pumpkin Deco Pin is from Making Memories.

Thank you for looking :)

Challenge 19 @ Stampin' for the Weekend!

Good morning all...

It's nice to be back. I've been so busy sorting out Stampin' for the Weekend and getting up to speed with cards that have needed to be made and planning my next card, its nice to just sit down and just relax for ten minutes!

This weeks return of Stampin' for the Weekend is a colour combination!
Orange, Brown and Leafy Green!!

This weeks sponsor is Simon Says Stamp, Heidi is offering a fabulous spending spree again of $25 to spend in the store!
Good Luck!

This is my card.
I have used K&Co papers and Papermania textured card stock. The ribbon is also from papermania, the brads and corner gems are from my stash.

I coloured this little chappie with Copics and gave him some shadow underneath to give some dimension.

I love the image - he was so much fun to colour and I loved blowing up the leaves from the main image and editing them in my fireworks programme. I think it just adds that little bit more, and they are customised to the image too!

Well, that's it from me... I hope you give it ago, and check out the Stampin' Blog and the Design Team and Guest Designers cards Sue and Jerusha.

Rosie the Witch says 'Hi!' to Stamp with Fun Challenge!

Good Morning.

I had a little play last night and have taken these photo's this morning with a very dodgy camera. As I have been away for a little while, I've not made any Design Cards for Irina over at La-La Land Crafts for the Guest Designer spot, so I've made this little Halloween card for Stamp with Fun, to try and get me back into the swing of things.

Its a lovely sketch this week which you will see I have turned on its side.

Well, Mr Mojo has gone walk about, so this was the best I could come up with last night. Witch on the Broom Rosie can be bought from La-La Land Crafts, as can her friends Lala and the animals, which have all got dressed up for the Halloween celebrations.

A little close up of Rosie - Coloured with Copics and highlighter with Inkssentials, I also added a streak of green to her hair to add a little more detail :D

Some more photos of the card. Including one of my new Head Pins with a bat on top - Cute huh?

The papers were sent to me by Irina in my Design package along with the stamps. The spotty paper however, is mine and came from BoBunny. The sentiment is from Penny Black along with the webs and spiders which I arranged around the 'Boo' and the corner web top right corner.

Before you go to leave a comment or shoot off to the next blog, I have some :

Good News!
Stampin' for the Weekend will be up and running again as of the 9th October!
See you then for more fun challenges!

Thank you for popping by !
