Well... My Copics arrived earlier today (well yesterday if your picky)... So I had a quick play. Apart from the laces in her shoes, I kinda like this card. The ink ran, I think the tip of the pen was too big for such fine detail. The papers used are from the Bearly Mine Designs Designer Extreme CD Vol 1. The ribbon was from my stash and the sentiments were a couple of rub ons I had left over. 
The papers used are called -
Distressed Circles - background
Shamrock effect - smaller square
Daisy Wheels II - rectangle
Green Golden Jungle - circle
I also used a few ink pads to give the rough edges a little colour.

Oh what a sweet card, love this Tilda and you have coloured her so well. They take some getting used to, do those Copics! You almost have to tickle the card with the pen LOL, or the ink goes everywhere LOL. Fab job though!
