La-La Lands Weekly Wednesday Challenge!!

Welcome to another week at La-La Land Crafts! Its a sad week this week, as its the last week for us Guest Designers. Its been really fun playing along and working alongside the Design Team.

"Thank you to Irina for picking me to Guest Design for La-La Land and also to the Design Team for coming up with some brilliant themes these past few months! Its been a pleasure to work along side you all!"

This week we have Lisa's challenge which is to use Ribbons a main embellishment!

This weeks prize is a fantastic La-La Land Stamp

To be in with a chance of winning, here is what you gotta do...
1) Create a NEW card or other papercraft project for the challenge.
You may use any stamps, but if you've got some La-La Land stamps,
why not show them some love?!
2) Link your card or project to Mr. Linky on the
La-La Land Crafts Blog
by Sunday, November 1, 2009 at 11:59pm PST (GMT-8).
Be sure to link directly to the blog or gallery post
featuring your entry!
If you post your card on Splitcoaststampers, please use Keyword: LLWWC10.
If you are also using a stamp from La-La Land Crafts,
please use BOTH keywords LLLC and LLWWC10.

3) Link to this challenge in your blog or gallery post

Soooo a little inspiration from little old me!

I started to make the card and then panicked when I realised that I hadn't made the ribbon a main embellishment. I was so stumped! I began playing with what I had left over from my Halloween Ribbons (Must buy more in preparation for next year!).

I have used Witch Lala and coloured her with Copics. I've given her some groovy green hair and funky green boots too! She looks ready for a party or a night of Trick and Treating!
Here are the Ribbons I've used to create a kind of flower! The cute button in the middle I've had for a while, but never had a use for.
And here is Lala close up!
To get some inspiration from the Design Team and the Guest Designers head on over to La-La Land Crafts Blog.

I am entering this card into a few challenges!

Stamp with Fun - Have a beautiful sketch by Bea - check it out here!
Stamp Something - Halloween Somethings
Polka Doodles - Halloween!

Thank you for looking Y

Hi Kim! I've meant to stop by before to wish you well and tell you it was a pleasure to serve with you on the LLLC DT, even if for only a short time. Time just flies away from me. It's always a pleasure to pop in and see what you're up to... and see pictures of adorable Poppy. I pray you stay healthy and strong and have many more wonderful stamping DT experiences. By the looks of things, you already are!

Take care, and I hope to see you again around blog world!

Hugs,
Lisa
