Stampin' for the Weekend - Week 4

Oh My Word - Week Four already! Can you believe it. I can't. Its gone so quickly...

This week for Stampin' for the Weekend is "Project Week"!
The theme is to make a wallet card or a pocket card of some kind.

Our fabulous sponsor this week is Paper Makeup Stamps who are offering the prize of A Cupcake Stamp set and A Birthday Fairy Stamp...

Well, as the theme this week was to make a wallet card or a pocket card, I decided on a Pocket card!

Here I used a piece of 12x12 card stock which was double sided. Its from the K & Co Wild Saffron pad. (I will post a tutorial next on how I made it, so keep an eye out) I have used a Rachelle Anne Miller stamp called Lola with Gift, I stamped her out with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and coloured her with my Copics.

As you can see there are two pockets on the front of the card!

Here's Lola - She is sweet isn't she!

Here is the inside of the card. I have used another Lola stamp - I think this one is called Lola with Flowers, again - she is such a sweetie!

OOOooo a hidden pocket... You could put anything in here, my guess is, it would be good for money or a voucher - However, if you didnt want that pocket there, a strip of DST or a line of glue would do the trick to close it up!

There you have it! Thank you for reading!
Don't forget to have a look at the Stampin' Teams designs for this week, and also our Guest Designer Nancy's creation too!

Good luck and Have Fun!

Great pocket card Kimmi and I love the hidden pocket there too.......you could hide a potential winning lottery ticket in there...lol, and it's a wonderful tutorial you've done for it too to show how it was all put together. Love the wee image you've used and you've done a marvelous job on the coloring.
